Description: Pure Storage (NYSE:PSTG) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. In addition, Pure Storage has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares of Class A common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 7, 2015 under the symbol "PSTG".
