Buyback Details: Vicor Corporation (NASDAQ: VICR) ("Vicor" or the "Company") announced today it intends to commence a "Modified Dutch Auction" tender offer to repurchase shares of its Common Stock, at a price no greater than $5.00 per share and no less than $4.00 per share, valued in aggregate up to $10 million.

Vicor designs, develops, manufactures, and markets modular power components and power systems for converting electrical power. Co. provides products addressing other direct current (DC) voltage standards and a range of customer requirements. Co.'s product portfolio also includes families of front-end devices, which address applications requiring the transformation of alternating current voltages to regulated DC voltages. Co. categorizes its offerings as either Advanced Products, which consists of its products, that are used to implement its proprietary distribution architecture, Factorized Power Architecture™; or Brick Products, which consists of integrated power converters.
