Buyback Details: Tandy Leather Factory, Inc. (NASDAQ:TLF) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to 1.2 million shares of its common stock over the next 12 months. Purchases may be made in open-market transactions, in privately negotiated transactions, in block trades and/or through other legally permissible means, depending on market conditions and in accordance with applicable Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations. Repurchases will be made under a Rule 10b5-1 plan, which would permit shares to be repurchased when the Company might otherwise be precluded from doing so under insider trading laws.

Tandy Leather Factory is a retailer of leather and leathercraft-related items. Co. sells its products primarily through company-owned stores and through orders generated from its four websites: tandyleather.com, tandyleather.ca, tandyleather.eu and tandyleather.com.au. Co. also manufactures leather lace, cut leather pieces and most of the do-it-yourself kits that are sold in its stores and on its websites. Co. also provides production services to its business customers such as cutting (clicking), splitting, and some assembly. Co. distributes product under the Tandy Leather™, Eco-Flo™, Craftool™, CraftoolPro™ and Dr. Jackson's™ brands, along with its TandyPro® products.
