Tallgrass Energy LP (TEGP) Tallgrass Energy GP has membership interest in Tallgrass Equity, LLC, which holds direct and indirect partnership interests in Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP (TEP). TEP owns, operates, acquires and develops midstream energy assets in North America. TEP provides crude oil transportation, natural gas transportation and storage services. TEP also performs water business services in Colorado and Texas through BNN Water Solutions, LLC. TEP's operations are located in and provide services to certain main U.S. hydrocarbon basins, including the Denver-Julesburg, Powder River, Wind River, Permian and Hugoton-Anadarko Basins and the Niobrara, Mississippi Lime, Eagle Ford and Bakken shale formations.
