Pacific Office Properties Trust Inc (PCE) Pacific Office Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust. Co. is engaged in owning and operating primarily office properties principally in selected markets in southern California and Hawaii. As of Dec 31 2010, Co., through its controlling interest in Pacific Office Properties, L.P. (the Operating Partnership) owned eight office properties comprising approximately 2,350,721 rentable square feet. Co. also owned interests (ranging from 5.0% to approximately 32.0%) in 16 joint venture properties, of which it has managing ownership interests in 15, comprising approximately 2,412,056 rentable square feet.
