Co.'s Operating Assets consists of developed or acquired retail, office and multi-family properties along with other real estate investments. Co.'s MPC consists of the development and sale of land in long-term community development projects. Co.'s Seaport consists of restaurant, retail and entertainment properties. Co.'s Strategic Developments segment consists of residential condominium and commercial property projects under development and all other properties held for development which have no substantial operations.
