Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the development, production, marketing, distribution and maintenance of a portfolio of minimally-invasive medical devices. Co. has three divisions: High Intensity Focused Ultrasound, which develops, manufactures and markets robotic devices for the minimally invasive ablation of certain types of localized tumors using HIFU technology; Extracorporeal ShockWave Lithotripsy, which produces and markets certain medical devices for the treatment of urinary tract stones by means of ESWL technology; and Distribution, which engages in the marketing, distribution and servicing of products complementary to its global activity.
