Through its subsidiaries, schools, its variable interest entities (the VIEs) and its VIEs' subsidiaries and schools, Co. is engaged in the provision of private fundamental education, including for-profit and not-for-profit kindergarten, primary, middle, high school and international schools in the People's Republic of China, complementary education services, operation services for domestic schools, and education programs and services including independent schools and colleges in U.K., the U.S. and Canada.
