Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems and services, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Actix for approximately $120 million in cash, subject to customary closing conditions. This acquisition expands Amdocs' customer experience portfolio further into the network domain to manage customer experience across both networks and IT. The Boards of Directors of Actix and Amdocs have approved the transaction which, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions to closing, is expected to be completed by the end of September. |
