InterOil is an integrated oil and gas company operating in Papua New Guinea ("PNG"). Co. operates in four segments: Upstream, Midstream, Downstream and Corporate. Upstream includes exploration and development operations for crude oil and natural gas. Midstream Refining includes refining of products for domestic market in PNG and exports. Midstream Liquefaction includes the work being undertaken to develop liquefaction and associated facilities in PNG. Downstream includes wholesale and retail distribution of refined products. Corporate engages in business development and improvement, common services and management, financing and treasury, product shipping, government and investor relations.
