The transaction adds $600 million in assets to BOK Financial's wealth management platform, extends its suite of products and services, and expands its offerings and client base in the growing Kansas market. |

Through its subsidiary, BOKF, National Association, Co. operates electronic funds transfer network, Cavanal Hill Investment Management, Inc. and BOK Financial Asset Management, Inc. Co. operates three principal lines of business: Commercial Banking, which includes lending, treasury and cash management services and customer commodity risk management products for small businesses, middle market and larger commercial customers; Consumer Banking, which includes retail lending and deposit services, lending and deposit services to small business customers; and Wealth Management, which engages in brokerage and trading activities.
