Delta Apparel, Inc. (NYSE MKT:DLA) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, To The Game, LLC, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Salt Life Holdings, LLC, including all of its domestic and international trademark rights in the Salt Life brand. |

Co. designs, manufactures, sources, and markets a portfolio of activewear and lifestyle apparel products under its primary brands of Salt Life®, Soffe®, and Delta. Co. focuses on selling casual and athletic products via a variety of distribution channels and tiers, including outdoor and sporting goods retailers, independent and other stores, department stores and mid-tier retailers, mass merchants, eRetailers, the U.S. military, and through its business-to-business digital platform. Co. has two segments; Delta Group, which is comprised of the activewear styles, DTG2Go and Delta Activewear; and Salt Life Group, which is a lifestyle brand.
