(the "Company" or "New Home") announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,812,500 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,171,875 shares of common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "NWHM" on January 31, 2014. The offering is expected to close on or about February 5, 2014 subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
