Buyback Details: The Company also announced that its Board of Directors today approved the repurchase of up to $1,000,000 in value of its common stock. Share repurchases will be made from time to time in open market or private transactions at prevailing market prices, and all shares purchased will be held in the Company's treasury for possible future use. The authorization to repurchase shares will terminate in one year, unless it is terminated or extended by the Board of Directors.

Beasley Broadcast Group is a multi-platform media company whose main business is operating radio stations. Co. provides advertisers integrated marketing solutions across audio, digital and event platforms. Co. operates radio stations in Atlanta and Augusta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte and Fayetteville, NC; Detroit, MI; Fort Myers-Naples, Tampa-Saint Petersburg, West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Middlesex, Monmouth, and Morristown, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; and Wilmington, DE. Co. sells advertiser promotions and advertising on its websites and sells advertising airtime during audio streaming of its radio stations over the internet. Co. also sells other digital products and services.
