Co. has three reportable segments: Chemical Logistics, which consists of the transportation of bulk chemicals through its subsidiary, Quality Carriers, Inc.; Energy Logistics, which consists primarily of the transportation of fresh water, disposal water and oil for the energy logistics markets through its subsidiaries, QC Energy Resources, Inc., and QC Energy Resources, LLC; and Intermodal, which consists of Boasso America Corporation and Greensville Transport Company that provides intermodal ISO tank container and depot services.
