QEP Midstream Partners LP (QEPM) QEP Midstream Partners is a limited partnership formed to own, operate, acquire and develop midstream energy assets. Co.'s assets consist of ownership interests in four gathering systems and two Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regulated pipelines through which Co. provides natural gas and crude oil gathering and transportation services in Colorado, North Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. Co. provides gathering, compression and transportation services to producers and users of natural gas and crude oil. Co. serves at the point of purchase from the source of production and extends to the point of distribution to the end-user customer, which is referred as the midstream market.
