Co. has two segments: Health Plans, which consists of licensed health maintenance organizations serving Medicaid populations in California, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin; and Molina Medicaid Solutionssm, which provides design, development, implementation, and business process outsourcing applications to Medicaid agencies in Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, New Jersey, and West Virginia. Co. also has a direct delivery business that consists of primary care community clinics in California and Washington, and clinics in Fairfax County, VA.
