As of Dec 31 2016, Co.'s portfolio consisted a total of 1,313 properties that comprised of 631 triple-net properties (independent living facilities and independent supportive living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, assisted living facilities, care homes with and without nursing, Alzheimer's/dementia care facilities, long-term/post-acute care facilities and hospitals); 420 seniors housing properties (independent living facilities and independent supportive living facilities, assisted living facilities, care homes and Alzheimer's/dementia care facilities); and 262 outpatient medical properties (outpatient medical buildings).
