Co.'s operating segments includes: distribution operations engaged in the operation, construction and maintenance of natural gas pipeline and storage facilities to provide natural gas to customers; retail operations, which provides natural gas commodity and related services to customers; wholesale services, which involve natural gas storage, gas pipeline arbitrage and provides natural gas asset management and related logistics services; midstream operations consists primarily of natural gas storage facilities and select pipelines, enabling the provision of various sources of natural gas supplies to its customers.
