Entravision Communications is a Spanish-language media company utilizing a combination of television and radio operations to reach Hispanic consumers across the U.S., as well as the border markets of Mexico. As of Dec 31 2011, Co. owned and/or operated 53 primary television stations located primarily in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Washington, D.C. Co. also owned and operated 48 radio stations in 19 U.S. markets. Co.'s radio stations consist of FM and AM stations located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas. Co. operates in two reportable segments, television broadcasting and radio broadcasting.
