Co.'s operations consist of two savings institutions: First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Hazard, a savings and loan association providing financial services to consumers in Perry and surrounding counties in eastern Kentucky; and First Federal Savings Bank of Kentucky, a savings bank that accepts deposits from the general public and originates adjustable-rate loans secured by first mortgages on owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied one-to four-family residences in Franklin, Boyle, Garrard and surrounding counties in Kentucky. As of June 30 2016, Co. had total assets of $291.9 million and deposits of $188.6 million.
