WPZ: engaged in the business of gathering, transporting, processing and treating natural gas and the fractionating and storing of natural gas liquids (NGL). KRO: a global producer and marketer of value-added titanium dioxide pigments (TiO2). The Company, along with its distributors and agents, sells and provides technical services for its products to over 4,000 customers in approximately 100 countries with sales in Europe and North America. The Company also owns and operates an ilmenite mine in Norway, manufactures and sells iron-based chemicals, which are co-products and processed co-products of sulfate and chloride process TiO2 pigment production, and manufacture and sell titanium oxychloride and titanyl sulfate, which are side-stream products from the production of TiO2. The Company's subsidiary is Louisiana Pigment Company, L.P. KWR: develops, produces, and markets different formulated chemical specialty products for various heavy industrial and manufacturing applications and, in addition, offers and markets chemical management services (CMS). Quaker's principal products and services include rolling lubricants (used by manufacturers of steel in the hot and cold rolling of steel and by manufacturers of aluminum in the hot rolling of aluminum); corrosion preventives (used by steel and metalworking customers to protect metal during manufacture, storage, and shipment); metal finishing compounds (used to prepare metal surfaces for special treatments, such as galvanizing and tin plating and to prepare metal for further processing); machining and grinding compounds (used by metalworking customers in cutting, shaping, and grinding metal parts and forming compounds (used to facilitate the drawing and extrusion of metal products). |
