TKS: is a global engineering and manufacturing company. It has two business groups: Industrial & Automotive and Building Products. Industrial & Automotive manufactures a range of systems and components for car, truck and industrial equipment manufacturing markets, and industrial and automotive aftermarkets throughout the world. The Industrial & Automotive operates through four business segments: Power Transmission, Fluid Power, Fluid Systems and Other Industrial & Automotive. Building Products consist of two business segments: Air Systems Components and Other Building Products. Air Systems Components supplies the industrial and residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning market.
AXL: is a Tier I supplier to the automotive industry. The Company manufactures, engineers, designs and validates driveline and drivetrain systems, and related components and chassis modules for trucks, sport utility vehicles (SUVs), passenger cars and crossover utility vehicles. Driveline and drivetrain systems include components that transfer power from the transmission and deliver it to the drive wheels. The Company's driveline, drivetrain and related products include axles, chassis modules, driveshafts, power transfer units, transfer cases, chassis and steering components, driving heads, crankshafts, transmission parts and metal-formed products. UFMG: is engaged in the business of selling, on a wholesale basis, remanufactured automotive parts for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury automobiles and trucks. It is a franchised remanufacturer for Ford Motor Company. The principal markets for the Company's products are automotive dealers, parts jobber supply houses and other Ford Authorized Distributors. The Company has refocused its distribution efforts from parts jobber supply houses to independent warehouse distributors and warehouses. In addition to its remanufacturing activities, the Company also sells, under a warehouse distributorship agreement with Ford Motor Company, clutches, pressure plates, torque converters, transmissions, engine assemblies, remanufactured diesel parts, power steering pumps, steering gears, starters, alternators, ABS modules and Ford branded car care products. |
