OTT: is a wireline telephone services provider. The Company's core businesses are local and long distance services, and the provision of network access to other wireline, long distance and wireless carriers for calls originated or terminated on its network. The Company's core businesses generated approximately 74.2% of its total revenues during the year ended December 31, 2007. It also provides cable television service in some markets and dial-up and digital high-speed Internet access in all of its markets. As of December 31, 2007, the Company operated approximately 67,931 access line equivalents. It operates six rural local exchange carriers serving subscribers in approximately 2,390 square miles of north central Alabama, central Maine and central Missouri.

CEL: is a provider of cellular communications services in Israel. The Company offers a range of cellular services through its cellular networks. These services include basic and advanced cellular telephone services, text and multimedia messaging services, and advanced cellular content and data services. As of December 31, 2007, Cellcom also offered international roaming services in 171 countries. The Company offers its subscribers a selection of handsets from various global manufacturers, as well as extended warranty and repair and replacement services. It also offers landline transmission and data services to business customers and telecommunications operators. Since July 2006, Cellcom began offering landline telephony services to selected businesses. As of December 31, 2007, it provided cellular communications services to approximately 3.073 million subscribers, including basic cellular telephony services and value-added services, as well as handset sales.
